August Priority Care List

The August Priority Care List helps families express interest in beginning home care services during August. Families on the list will receive priority consideration as caregiver availability and care openings become available.

Joining the list does not guarantee acceptance, a specific caregiver, or a specific start date.

The list is available to families seeking private-pay, non-medical home care services in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson.

All potential clients must complete a care consultation and assessment so we can determine whether the requested services are appropriate and whether we have a suitable caregiver available.

Complete the Priority Care Request form with your contact information and a brief description of your care needs.

A member of our team will contact you to discuss:

1. The type of support needed
2. The requested schedule and start date
3. The client’s location
4. Service rates and payment requirements
5. The next steps for completing an assessment

Qualified new clients who begin recurring care of at least 15 hours per week may receive a one-time $50 Welcome Credit.

The first full week of care must be completed and paid in full. The credit will then be applied to eligible service charges during the client’s second week of service.

The second week is not free, and the client is responsible for the remaining balance.

The Welcome Credit requires a recurring schedule of at least 15 hours per week.

Individual shifts are generally subject to the agency’s minimum-shift requirements. The appropriate schedule will be discussed during the care consultation.

No. Joining the list provides priority consideration but does not guarantee a care start.

Availability depends on:

• Completion of the client assessment
• The requested days and hours
• The client’s location
• The level of assistance needed
• Caregiver availability
• An appropriate caregiver match

We will communicate honestly about whether we can safely and consistently support the requested schedule.

Yes. An assessment helps us understand the client’s routine, preferences, mobility, personal care needs, home environment, and requested schedule.

The assessment also allows us to determine whether Comforting Companions can safely meet the client’s needs and identify the type of caregiver who may be the best fit.

No. The Welcome Credit cannot be combined with another discount, promotional credit, or special offer.

It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be applied to deposits, cancellation charges, administrative fees, or past-due balances.

Submitting the form does not create a service agreement or financial obligation.

Our team will review the information and contact you to discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine the appropriate next step. Care will begin only after the required assessment, service documents, payment arrangements, and caregiver matching have been completed.
